A fresh, dry white wine created from the highest and oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Jumilla. Monterebro Blanco has a bright, clean, pale yellow colour. It is intensely aromatic, with traces of tropical fruits, white flowers, and a hint of nut. On the palate it is tasty with a quality, harmonious, persistent aftertaste.

Presentation: 750ml Bordeaux Elite. Nomacorc / ARAtap closure.
Vineyard Age: 14 years (Sauvignon Blanc).
Vineyard Characteristics: Located between 700 and 800 meters above sea level on stony and calcareous soils with maximum yields of 1.75kg per vine.
Harvest: During September. Grapes harvested by hand.
Production: Cold maceration at a temperature of 10°C for a duration of 6 hours followed by static settling and fermentation in stainless steel deposits for 25 days at a temperature of 18ºC. When the fermentation process is complete the wine is stored in refrigerated deposits until bottled.

Alcohol: 12.5% (total acidity: 5.65g/l, residual sugar: 3.8g/l, total SO²: 110mg/l).
