Premium Rosé Wine from Jumilla > Spain > Dry Rosé Wine > Monastrell.
The grapes used for the production of this wine are grown in vineyards located at an altitude of between 700 and 800 meters above sea level, in the La Aragona hamlet (Jumilla). The result obtained from this variety is an elegant, seductive wine comprising raspberry aromas with intense floral, fruity expressions. The palate is balanced and intense, with a persistent, ripe fruity aftertaste.

Presentation: 750ml Bordeaux Elite. Nomacorc closure.
Vineyard Age: 17 years (Monastrell).
Vineyard Characteristics: Located between 700 and 800 meters above sea level on stony and calcareous soils with maximum yields of 1.75kg per vine.
Harvest: During October. Grapes harvested by hand.
Production: Cold maceration at a temperature of 15°C for 6 hours. Subsequent static settling and fermentation in stainless steel deposits at a temperature of 18ºC. When the fermentation process is complete the wine is stored in refrigerated deposits until bottled.
Logistics (B2B): Bottle capacity: 750ml. 6 bottles per box. 120 boxes / 720 bottles per pallet. 24 boxes per level. 5 levels total. Pallet weight: 850kg (Euro pallet).
Alcohol: 12.5% (total acidity: 5.6g/l, residual sugar: 2.9g/l, total SO²: 115mg/l).
